Hampton Inn Baltimore-Downtown-Convention Center

I absolutely loved this hotel. Fantastic location... room was comfortable and spacious. Easy in and out with the valet service Brandon was awesome. Close to cool things like Babe Ruth Museum. Pickles bar next door is cool and the night shift girl Kadia was so friendly and helpful... win all around!

Rooms were nice and staff was great. Would have given 5 stars but rooms need more lighting and the temperature was a little hard to keep comfortable. Would stay here again.

Clean room and compy bed. Staff are good and professional. Free breakfast. 24 hrs coffee and tea. The area is safe. Value priced. Close to the convention center. Highly recommend!

Aaliyah is amazing!! During our recent stay, we were incredibly impressed by the front desk staff — particularly Aaliyah who was working alone during a very busy time. Despite being the only one on duty (at least from what we could tell, she remained sweet, professional, and incredibly helpful to every guest who approached the desk. She managed check-ins, answered phones, handled questions and requests — all with patience and a genuine willingness to help. It was clear that she cared deeply about providing excellent service, even under pressure. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and welcoming. Her attentiveness and dedication didn’t go unnoticed. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I hope her efforts are recognized. Front desk experiences can really shape the tone of a stay, and thanks to her, ours started off on a truly positive note.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, clean, and comfortable. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service from Kadia at the front desk — she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that our stay felt special. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. The room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and well-stocked, and the overall staff was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you to Kadia and the entire team for making our night so pleasant!

We stayed for one night. We upgraded our room and glad we did. We had beautiful views. Besides being charged twice for valet parking, everything was perfect. We contacted the valet parking company and they issued a refund for the separate charge. Every staff member we spoke to was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be staying here again for future visits.

I imagine that the location is perfect for most people right across the street from both stadiums and right up the street from the harbor. But me I hate crowds and congestion, the free parking is not available, you must valet the vehicle. The rooms are amazing,huge, new,clean, updated!! The room was so big It felt like I could do a tumbling pass like in the gymnastics floor routine! The staff was very nice. The only negative thing besides the forced paid parking was that I had to wait 2 hours for a room to be ready when I checked in Which was terrible because I was exhausted from an 8 hr drive from upstate NY . BUT OVERALL beautiful stay and great accomodations
